Terms of Service

Draft prepared 4 July 2026 · pending final legal review before public launch.

This document is a pre-launch draft. Bracketed items — the operating entity and governing jurisdiction — are placeholders to be confirmed by counsel before public launch.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PeptideAnalysis.co (the “Site”) and the testing service offered through it (the “Service”), operated by [Operating Entity], of [Registered Address] (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, placing an order, or submitting a sample, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and isn't

We coordinate independent analytical testing of customer-submitted samples and publish the results as a standardized certificate of analysis (“COA”) that can be verified online. The analytical work is performed by independent partner laboratories. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, or regulatory body. The Service is an analytical and informational service only. Nothing we provide is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or an authorization to use, sell, import, or possess any material.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that ordering a test, and shipping and handling your sample, is lawful in your jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction the sample passes through.

4. Accounts and guest orders

You may order with an account or as a guest. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

Package prices are shown on the Site and are payable in the cryptocurrency indicated at checkout (currently USDT). You submit your transaction reference at checkout, and we confirm receipt of payment before testing begins. Prices, packages, methods, and turnaround estimates may change, but changes do not affect an order already confirmed and paid. Turnaround times are estimates from the date we receive your sample, not guarantees.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation before your sample has been forwarded to the laboratory; we will refund amounts paid, less any costs already incurred. Once analytical work has begun, fees are non-refundable, because the cost is incurred whatever the result. A result you did not hope for — including a failing result — is not grounds for a refund. If we are unable to provide the Service (for example, a sample arrives unusable, or we decline it under Section 7), we will offer a re-test or a refund of the testing fee at our discretion.

7. Samples you submit

You represent that you own or are lawfully entitled to submit each sample, and that submitting, shipping, and testing it is lawful. You are solely responsible for lawfully and accurately packaging and shipping samples to the intake address we provide. Do not ship any material whose possession or transport is unlawful for you.

We may decline, hold, return, or dispose of any sample at our discretion — including where a sample is unsafe, unlawful, unusable, mislabeled, or outside the categories we accept. Samples may be consumed or altered by testing, and we are not obliged to return sample material unless a retention option was agreed. You submit samples at your own risk, and we are not liable for loss of or damage to a sample in transit or in testing.

8. Results and certificates

A COA describes only the specific sample we received, using the methods stated on it. It does not establish that any material is safe, sterile, effective, or lawful, and it does not imply that other units from the same source are equivalent. You choose whether a result is public or private when you order. Public results are listed in our verification archive; private results are accessible by link but are not listed. Published certificates are immutable; if a correction is needed, we issue a new version with visible history rather than editing the original. We publish failing results as well as passing ones.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or the verification archive, including by forging, altering, or misrepresenting a certificate, attaching a certificate to a product it does not correspond to, scraping or overloading the Site, or using the Service to deceive others. Verification codes and certificates refer to a specific tested sample and must not be presented as covering other material.

10. Intellectual property

The Site, our COA format, branding, and content are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, revocable right to use the Site and to share certificates as issued. You retain rights in the information you submit and grant us the rights needed to provide the Service and to publish public results.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result will meet a particular expectation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, a result. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our partner laboratories harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your samples, or your use of any result.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the order terms in force when you placed a confirmed order continue to govern that order.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Governing Jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
