Questions about an order
The fastest way to check where your test stands is your order status page — the link is in your confirmation email, and signed-in customers can see every order under My orders. If you still need us, email the address below and include your order lookup code so we can pull it up right away.
Verifying a certificate
To confirm a COA someone has shown you, scan its QR code or enter the verification code on our Verify page. A genuine certificate resolves on our domain to the matching sample and batch.
